- Monitoring productivity performance and standardisation
The training is targeted at managers in the corporate setting. In this course, learners will understand the importance of productivity improvement in remaining competitive and efficient to meet the needs of the changing business environment. Learners will also be equipped with the various tools and techniques to identify factors impacting productivity and to develop solutions for productivity improvement within their teams.
• Literacy and numeracy capabilities equivalent to level 6 and above as stated in the ES WSQ framework
• Diploma or degree qualification
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Full-time employment and supported by the employer
