This course aims to equip participants with the ability to understand the concept of smart outcomes contract management, how to prepare and manage the outcome based contract, specify and assess the contract performance through proper specifications and indicators related to adoption of digitalisation tools and platforms, as well as to incorporate appropriate measures to incentivise the contract smart outcomes, manage vendor selection and its relationship building, and review for continual improvement.

This course introduces the performance contract with smart outcomes for outsourcing facilities services and management of estate from the planning, sourcing, administering and review stage to meet the client’s strategic organisational objectives. Topics include the prequalification criteria, PQM evaluation, performance specification drafting and measurement of key performance indicators, opportunities of digital analytics, incentives and liquidated damages to manage smart outcomes and enhance operational efficiency. The course also covers vendor management strategies and stakeholder relationship building, way forward to manage practical challenges and work collaboratively in the ecosystem of smart facilities and estate.

Diploma or equivalent
