The ever-increasing complexity of the Practice environment had eroded insidiously at our ability to be a professional that has a high level of control over the direction of the project. The good outcome of projects which is our passion and life line. This lost had prompted the institute to find a series of routes to regain our strength and competency. Contract Administration and competency in Contract Administration is a key component. The SIA BUILDING CONTRACT 2016 (suite of contracts) forms the core of this effort. Its features are an extension of what we know yet contains new concepts and operating procedures that require study and detailed knowledge to master.

• Have effective communication and relationship management skills to work with people from all levels and areas within and outside an organisation
• Have architectural practice experience and basic skills and knowledge in architectural drafting
Required Years of Experience in Relevant Domain
• At least 2 years working experience in this job role.
• SIA training executive will provide the learners an application form to fill out before enrolling into the program. This will provide SIA with some information on ensuring that the learners are suitable before they are accepted into the program.
