This Competency Unit enables an individual to acquire the skills and knowledge to manage budgets and finances. This Competency Unit, together with other elective units, is tailored to provide skill and knowledge outcomes required by Human Resource professionals.
Prospective candidates should have a minimum degree in any discipline and at least 1 year of HR or people management experience

Diploma holders with at least 2 years experience of HR or people management experience may also be accepted.
