By the end of this course, this module sets out concepts and skills relating to the setup and use of online collaborative tools, such as storage, productivity applications, calendars, social media, web meetings, learning environments, and mobile technology.

At the end of the training, learners will be able to perform the following:

1. Perform online collaboration, interaction and learning using appropriate functions of online collaborative tools and services.
2. Perform mobile collaboration securely using mobile applications and appropriate functions of mobile devices.
3. Synchronise content between devices to allow easier access to information and improve efficiency.
4. Set up collaborative tools and services in accordance to specific online collaboration requirements.
