This course provides students with the necessary skills and knowledge to supervise the maintenance of the typical facilities in a commercial, industrial, institutional or residential building, such as air-conditioning system, plumbing and sanitary systems, fire fighting and fire protection systems, electrical and emergency services, amenities, fittings and fixtures, wall, ceiling and floor finishes in accordance with manufacturers' and authority requirements to ensure optimum functioning of plant, equipment and systems.
